Brenex delivered full design and construction management services for a 40,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for Partition Systems. The project was constructed on a uniquely constrained parcel of land, requiring innovative site solutions. A 400-by-16-foot retaining wall was engineered to maximize the usable footprint and successfully accommodate the facility.
