  1. Pre-Construction and Design

  2. Construction

    This active phase includes full-service general contracting, site supervision, progress meetings, sub-trade performance review, problem-solving for constructability challenges, and coordination of testing and inspections.

  3. Post-Construction and Warranty

    We ensure a seamless handover of the building, provide detailed documentation and operation information, and maintain service during the warranty period, addressing any deficiencies.
